Please note: This policy section deals only with non-defective, non-warranty returns. Please view our Warranty Returns page for more information about how to return a defective product or file a warranty claim.
FOR ALL NON-DEFECTIVE, NON-WARRANTY PRODUCT RETURNS
- We offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee for most items.
- Certain items are non-refundable.
- A possible restocking fee may apply to the return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning a product. PowerSquid.Com does not accept returns without this authorization.
- Customers are responsible for all costs related to shipping items back to us. If you have questions, or need assistance with this process, please contact Customer Support for customer service support.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable, even if a return is made within the 30-day time limit:
- Shipping charges - unless due to our error.
- Any items that have been defaced or physically damaged by the end-user.
- Any items that become non-functional due to user error.
- Any surge protector that has absorbed a surge.
- We reserve the right to verify the condition of the returned item(s) prior to issuing a refund.
Items accepted with no Restocking Fee (Must be returned within 30 days of receipt)
There is no Restocking Fee for:
- Items that are returned due to our shipping error or for damages incurred during shipping. In this case, an RMA request must be filed within 10 business days from receipt of goods. We reserve the right to confirm the error or damage.
- Product returned in Original Condition: box/packaging in new condition; product unused, unopened or unhandled.
Items That Require a Restocking Fee
A Restocking Fee is applicable when an item is returned in used or unsellable condition. The actual restocking fee depends on the condition of the items returned, as outlined below:
Items with 10-20% Restocking Fee: (Must be returned within 30 days of receipt)
- Product in new/sellable condition – box/packaging in poor condition.
Items with 30-50% Restocking Fee: (Must be returned within 30 days of receipt)
- Noticeably used, handled or damaged products - and - packaging in poor condition or no packaging.

(2) By placing an order with Flexity, you indicate that you have already read this return policy and agree with its contents. (3) Flexity is a distributor. All items under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer as outlined in the warranty information included with the product.
