Upon receiving your RMA order number, please pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging and support, (such as all enclosed cables, etc), a copy of the original invoice and/or a copy of your RMA Return Request Confirmation.

Please Note:

• Customer must package the return product(s) properly. Flexity, LLC is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit, or by the shipping company.
• Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.
• There should be at least one inch of cushioning material such as foam peanuts between the item and the walls of the box.
• We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us. Flexity, LLC is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.
