This policy section deals only with defective or warranty returns. Please view our General Return Policy for information on how to return your non-defective product.

FOR ALL WARRANTY RETURNS

Important Note: Flexity, LLC is a distributor, not a manufacturer. Therefore, all items under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer, as outlined in the Warranty Information included with that product. This information can usually be located either on or inside the product's packaging. You may also obtain a copy by visiting our Warranty Information pages.

  • Warranty returns and claims cannot be accepted or handled by Flexity, LLC. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you believe that a product you received from PowerSquid.com is defective and it's warranty has not expired, in most cases, you will first need to file a claim and secure an Return Authorization Number (RA#) from the product's manufacturer. Warranted items must be returned to the Manufacturer as outlined in the warranty information included with or on the product packaging. Please ensure you have carefully read the warranty information for your product. Electronic copies of product Warranty Information are available if they were not included with your purchase, or have been misplaced.

FOR POWERSQUID SURGE PROTECTORS & POWER OUTLET MULTIPLIER CLAIMS:

All PowerSquid warranties, including Product Limited Lifetime and Connected Equipment Warranties, are underwritten and managed by our maufacturer: Philips Accessories and Computer Peripherals. All warranty claim must therefore be made with Philips Customer Care directly. To submit a claim, please call: (800)852-4312 or (763)557-8889, give a full description of the problem when prompted and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returned product(s) will be accepted by Philips without this authorization.
