Please know that we make every effort to ship all orders received before 12 PM Pacific Standard Time - or - 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, on the same business day. However, please note that it can, on rare occasions, take up to 3 business days to process, pack and ship an order.
- All PowerSquid.Com orders ship from our Distribution Center in Fremont, California.
- Expedited shipping methods are applicable ONLY from the day the order is shipped. Selecting Overnight and other air shipping does NOT ensure that your package will be delivered the following business day.
- PowerSquid.Com DOES not ship any orders on Saturdays. Saturday Delivery options from most carriers requires additional charges and is not included in our FREE SHIPPING offer.

Please be reminded that during the busy Holiday Season, Standard Ground shipping transit and delivery times can be affected by the considerable increase in shipping traffic, along with weather conditions in the area you are shipping to and other circumstances beyond human control.
It is important to plan accordingly and allow plenty of time for your holiday gift's to arrive. In the final two weeks prior to the Christmas Holiday, it is recommended that you select an expedited, or "air shipment", method to ensure a prompt and on-time delivery.
